• Download 2009 Registration form (only for those who cannot register online)
• Download Adult Volunteer form (only for those who cannot volunteer online)

Coaches: How to Complete Your Background Check

If you have volunteered to coach, you will be required to complete a background check online, processed by The McDowell Agency for Minnesota Youth Soccer Association. 

To begin your background check, click here to go a page with these two links:

• The first link leads to detailed instructions which explain how to perform your background check.
• The second link leads to the national background check website where you will perform your background check.

1. Click the first link to review the detailed instructions (you might want to print this for reference).
2. Next, click the second link to access the national background check website.
3. At the national background check website, log in using Corcoran Soccer's user name and password, which are both MYSCSA.
4. Complete the background check as described on the detailed instructions.
